On 26th June 2009, Fr John Suresh handed over the parish Porur to his successor Rev Fr. Deva Raj. MMI. On that day parish people celebrated the parish feast, the feast of Sacred Heart of Jesus. It was a sensational and meaningful celebration. During the mass there was a special prayer of thanks giving to God for the sake of benefactors where Dr. Mispagel and all the friends of Aktion Indien and ARIVU and all the other Europian friends were remembered.

Fr. Selvam Bellaramine
I am Fr Selvam Bellaramine M.P. Ordained in 22nd April 2007 for the diocese of Chingleput. I did my ministry as an Assistant in Fathima Church at Tambaram. In a year I was promoted as a Parish Priest to Christ the King Church, Karumbakkam. Now again I was transferred to a new parish “Neerpair” and to take up the ministry of education in Dr.Arulappa Higher Secondary school and St. John’s Home for the children in Need.

WE meeting
WE is the group of Professional College/Institute Students.
Last Sunday(31-05-09), WE meeting has done at Chengelpet Rural Development Centre where Fr John Suresh is the director. 42 students gathered and discussed about the Future planning and Fund Raising.
We have collected totally Rs.16000
By,
- Students scholarship,
- Some fund raising program.
- Student Tamil mani is contributing from january to june monthly 500 x 6 months= Rs. 3000
Also, We are planning to provide extra fund for future.
